You can either go to our station and pick up an application or click on the box up above and download the attached PDF file. Please fill out all applications and either drop them off to 579 Tarlton Road Circleville, Ohio from 10am.-2pm. Monday-Friday. You can send them to ptfdapplications@gmail.com or fax it to (740)474-3484. We are accepting applications for both Fire and EMS. We are also accepting applications for those currently enrolled in Fire and or EMS courses.
